The Luc Belaire range combines grapes of rare quality with craftmanship that can only be found at a family-operated winery like ours.

Our 5th and 6th generation father-and-son winemaking team continue the traditions their ancestors began when we opened our doors in 1898, first the town of Montagny-les-Beaune, in the heart of Burgundy, and a few years later in Salon de Provence, in the Côtes d’Azur’s Provencal Rosé heartland.

Our wineries’ visionary founders Marie Ambal and Edmond Théry created the reputation for superlative French Sparkling wine that we continue today.

Produced in Burgundy, France from 100% Chardonnay grapes. Blended with a special dosage of Chardonnay from Chablis, home to some of France’s most famous vineyard and aged for six months in Burgundy oak casks.

The soil of Burgundy, like that of Champagne and Loire Valley along the same limestone vein- provides the chalky soil that our vines need to develop these qualities. Luc Belaire Luxe is an authentic French “Blanc de Blancs” made exclusively from Chardonnay grapes, handpicked for their rich and delicate character. Belaire Luxe is blended with a unique liqueur de dosage made from Chardonnay harvested in Burgundy’s famous Chablis terroir and aged for six months in Burgundy oak casks. Indulge in true French luxury	PERFECTLY BALANCED Luc Belaire Luxe perfectly balances subtle sweetness with a refreshing and fruit-forward palate, with fine, persistent effervescence. Decadent, and abounding in aromas of grapefruit, peach, apricot, honeysuckle and hints of brioche. Rich and crisp with a well-balanced complexity. Ideal as an aperitif, digestif, and pairs deliciously with desserts, cheeses and light entrees. We recommend it served over ice with fresh fruit to complement the decadent bouquet.
