In Hot Water CocktailPour 50ml Tequila Rose and 75ml watermelon juice into a shaker. Add 1/2 chilli, 5-6 basil leaves and a dash of plum bitters. Shake with crushed ice, then pour into a hi-ball glass. Garnish with basil, chilli and watermelon wedges. |
Freak On A Leash CocktailSet 100ml strawberry jelly in two chunky glasses. Blend 50ml Tequila Rose, 40ml butterscotch syrup, 30ml strawberry puree, 80ml vanilla ice cream and 30ml milk, and pour on top of the jelly. Garnish with strawberries, pink wafer and sprinkles. |
