Mix everything together and churn with crushed ice.

50ml Pimm's Blackberry & Elderflower
10ml vanilla syrup
6 mint leaves
A pinch of cinnamon
A large mint spring and cinammon stick to garnish, and ice

Take your glass and fill with crushed ice. Carefully pour in all the ingredients, stir, but don’t drink! Decorate some mint leaves with icing sugar and place them artistically on the top. Once it’s fancy, you can drink.
