Nozeco is a sparkling drink made from dealcoholized wine. The elimination of the alcohol is done by suction, which allows a very gentle extraction of the alcohol at a temperature below 30°C. Thus, the quality of the wine and the delicacy of its aromas are perfectly preserved.
