In 2016, NOAM was founded as a start-up within the Technical University of Munich. The Accelerator Programme allowed NOAM to develop cutting-edge product quality in the research facility in Weihenstephan.
NOAM is the result of both historical and high-tech brewing expertise, for which Munich is known worldwide. Our company is family-run and strongly influenced by the international and creative spirit of our founder, who aimed to build a global brand.
