Cyprus produces aged brandy known as KEO VSOP. The brandy is made by double distilling specially fermented white wines in traditional copper stills. Its natural colour and aroma are enhanced by a lengthy maturation period in French Limousin Oak.
My dad used to drink this when we lived in Cyprus when I was younger, sat out on the veranda with a king Edward's cigar too, so i have fond memories of it. Bought him a bottle of this keo brandy recently to celebrate his 60th and he was so happy with it.
