Gabriel Boudier Saffron Gin has a beautiful amber gold colour and exotic flavours of saffron which give this gin a spicy flavour.
Saffron Gin is produced in the Gabriel Boudier distillery, Dijon, France, where the recipe was rediscovered in the Boudier archives. French summer wheat is used as its base spirit and is re-distilled using an original copper pot still. It is infused for at least a month with the worlds most expensive natural spice, saffron. Fantastic for creating cocktails with a touch of spice and unique flavour
