Rums under the English Harbour label are produced from fermented molasses via copper pot distillation.
Maturation takes place in small 220 litre x-whisky and bourbon barrels. Aged 25 years (distilled in 1981 and bottled in 2006), this is the oldest rum from the Antigua distillery and limited to 5712 bottles.
Needless to say, stocks are extremely limited. Generally ranked as one of the greatest rums on the planet, it will take pride of place in the collection of any serious rum devotee.
