Bosco Dei Cirmioli Pinot Grigio 6 X 75cl
Pinot Grigio (Pinot Gris) is a mutation of the red grape Pinot Noir. The ripe grapes have a coppery color and white flesh. For white Pinot Grigio wines, the grapes are pressed and vinified immediately after arrival in the cellar. For rosé wines, the skins remain in the must for several hours, giving the color to the so-called blush. The blush is slightly richer than Bosco's white Pinot Grigio. The aroma and flavor offer fruity notes of mandarin, raspberry, and a light smokiness. A fine, refreshing glass. Gastronomically, it pairs well with, for example, vitello tonato or fried squid rings.
