Please note, due to the Covid-19 epidemic, we have been faced with an unprecedented number of orders. Currently we are only able to offer an extended shipping service of up to 7-10 working days. This is to ensure the safety of our staff and couriers. Naturally, we are taking steps to keep everyone safe and reduce the risk of inadvertently contracting or spreading the infection. As a result, we have changed our delivery process to end at the doorstep instead of entering the home. See below for a more detailed breakdown of the new delivery process, as well as further information for elderly and disabled customers; hygiene measures; a pause on our bag recycling scheme; priority for existing customers; slot booking advice, and high-demand product availability. Whilst in place, these measures override the relevant provisions of our Terms & Conditions.
